GradeSense training video. For questions that aren't described in the instructional video the HelpDesk online
customer support web site is available 24/7 for your convenience.
With HelpDesk, our trained staff can identify usability issues and take
proactive steps to rectify any persistent problems an institution may
be having. HelpDesk is included with the licensing of all GradeSense
applications. Current HelpDesk clients include: Fox Films, Warner Bros.
Studios, New Line Cinema, CBS and other as well as important medical
and legal institutions.
To access HelpDesk from inside the GradeSense application, simply click on the HelpDesk icon located in the header
section throughout the application.
